Storage: For maximum freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container away from natural light. Do not store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Brewing: Always use fresh, clean water. We recommend two rounded tablespoons of coffee per six ounces of water (or 1g of coffee to 16ml of water).
