Mt. Juliet, TN – November 25, 2024 – Wilson Rides Inc. is proud to announce its participation in #GivingTuesday, a 24-hour global giving movement taking place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. This inspiring day encourages individuals, organizations and businesses around the world to come together to give back and build stronger communities.
This year, Wilson Rides will be raising funds to support its Holiday Happiness Delivered initiative during the Christmas season. This special program aims to spread joy and connection to older adults in Wilson County by delivering holiday cards, small gifts, and personal messages. Thanks to a generous $1,000 matching donation, every dollar raised will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling the impact up to $1,000.
“#GivingTuesday is an opportunity for people to unite for a common cause and make a difference in the lives of others within their own communities,” said Gaye Lynn Wilson, Executive Director. “Every contribution will not only help us continue providing essential transportation services but also enable us to bring holiday cheer to those in our program and others who need it most.”
