Gaye Lynn Wilson

Executive Director

Gaye Lynn Wilson has served as Executive Director of Wilson Rides Inc. since February 1, 2021, leading the organization’s growth as a trusted, community-driven nonprofit providing transportation and connection for older adults in Wilson County. Under her leadership, Wilson Rides was recognized twice in 2025 with the Community Enhancement Award (January and April) by the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce for its Holiday Happiness Delivered program.

Gaye Lynn was selected as the Adult Winner of the Governor’s Volunteer Stars Award for Wilson County, Tennessee, recognizing her exceptional service and community impact. She is also a recipient of Wilsonian of the Year (2022) from the Mt. Juliet Chamber of Commerce, and Wilson Rides was named Nonprofit of Excellence (2022) by the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.

She is a current member of Lebanon Noon Rotary, having previously served one year on its Board of Directors. Deeply engaged in civic leadership, Gaye Lynn currently serves on the boards of the Mount Juliet Senior Activities Center, The Volunteer Network, and Lebanon Noon Rotary. She previously held leadership roles with Leadership Wilson and the Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce, serving as Board Chair for both organizations in 2020.

In addition to board service, Gaye Lynn has played an active leadership role within the Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce, leading the Nonprofit Council from 2021–2025 and previously leading Biz Boost from 2018–2020. She has also been a longtime volunteer supporting major fundraising and community events, including the Mount Juliet Chamber Golf Tournament (2016–2025), the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament (2021–2025), and the Lebanon Noon Rotary Golf Tournament (2022–2025).

Stephanie Pugh joined Wilson Rides as the Client Coordinator in February 2025, bringing a background in education and ministry. A Wilson County native, Stephanie graduated from Mt. Juliet High School and holds an Accounting degree from Tennessee Technological University and a Master’s in Elementary Education from Trevecca. She enjoys the outdoors, woodworking, and volunteering at her church. Stephanie and her husband, Ben, have two sons, Carter (20) and Mason (17).

Barbara Segal

Volunteer

Barbara Segal joined Wilson Rides as Transportation Coordinator in August 2024. A recent transplant to Middle Tennessee, she was born and raised in the Chicago area before retiring to Florida—only to find Chicago too cold and Florida too hot. Middle Tennessee, however, is just right.

Barbara holds a Business Management degree from Benedictine University and spent her career in financial management, operations, and strategy. She retired as Senior Manager, Global Finance Business Partner at HSBC, where she led financial planning and analysis for global Operations, Technology, and Procurement. Her role included consolidating and submitting annual operating plans, quarterly forecasting, and collaborating with global stakeholders on financial results.

After retiring, Barbara dedicated her time to volunteering, including supporting a cancer treatment facility in Florida and driving for the American Cancer Society. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her granddaughter. Barbara is married to Jim Segal, who also serves as a Volunteer Driver for Wilson Rides.
