Over $300,000 Already Raised as Community Pushes Toward the Finish Line

Mt. Juliet, TN (February 13, 2026) — The Mt. Juliet 55+ Activity Center officially launched its $500,000 Capital Campaign today, Friday, February 13, 2026, with more than $300,000 already raised toward the transformation of its future home.
With 68% of the goal secured, community leaders are now calling on residents, businesses, and civic partners to help carry the campaign across the finish line.
The new Center—located in the former Mt. Juliet Police Station—is currently under renovation and will soon become a nearly 14,000-square-foot facility, almost doubling the current usable space. Once complete, the expanded center will offer:
- Larger multipurpose programming rooms
- Dedicated wellness and fitness space
- Areas for arts, lifelong learning, and social engagement
- Enhanced safety, accessibility, and security features
- Expanded opportunities for connection and community involvement
“This project represents an investment in the people who helped build this community,” said Board leadership. “The new Mt. Juliet 55+ Activity Center will be a vibrant, welcoming space where adults 55+ can remain active, engaged, and connected.”
As Mt. Juliet continues to grow, so does the need for expanded programming and gathering space for adults 55 and older. The new facility ensures the Center can meet increasing demand while providing a modern, secure environment for years to come.
