Gaye Lynn Wilson
Executive Director
Gaye Lynn Wilson became the Executive Director of Wilson Rides Inc. on February 1, 2021. She previously served as Vice President of Development for National Pro Fastpitch, managing league sponsorships, licensing, and major events like the Championship Series and Professional Drafts. She also led the development of the league’s digital media and internship programs.
A University of Florida graduate with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Gaye Lynn helped launch the university’s softball program in 1995 and served as an Assistant Coach, leading recruitment efforts until 2000. Prior to UF, spent five years as the Head Coach at Daytona Beach Community College. She also holds a Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida, a Mini-MBA from Belmont University, and a Hospitality and Tourism Management certificate from Florida Atlantic University.
Deeply engaged in the community, she serves on the boards of the Mount Juliet Senior Activities Center, The Volunteer Network, and Lebanon Noon Rotary. She previously held leadership roles with the Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Wilson, serving as Board Chair for both in 2020. Her contributions have earned her multiple awards, including Wilsonian of the Year (2022) and the Nonprofit of Excellence Award (2022). Stephanie Pugh
Office Coordinator
Stephanie Pugh joined Wilson Rides as Office Coordinator in February 2025, bringing a background in education and ministry. She previously served as Director of Student Ministries at Gladeville Methodist Church and spent nearly 15 years as a Wilson County educator and district coach, working primarily with children and youth.
A Wilson County native, Stephanie graduated from Mt. Juliet High School and holds an Accounting degree from Tennessee Technological University and a Master’s in Elementary Education from Trevecca. She enjoys the outdoors, woodworking, and volunteering at her church. Stephanie and her husband, Ben, have two sons, Carter (19) and Mason (16).

Barbara Segal
Transportation Coordinator
Barbara Segal joined Wilson Rides as Transportation Coordinator in August 2024. A recent transplant to Middle Tennessee, she was born and raised in the Chicago area before retiring to Florida—only to find Chicago too cold and Florida too hot. Middle Tennessee, however, is just right.
Barbara holds a Business Management degree from Benedictine University and spent her career in financial management, operations, and strategy. She retired as Senior Manager, Global Finance Business Partner at HSBC, where she led financial planning and analysis for global Operations, Technology, and Procurement. Her role included consolidating and submitting annual operating plans, quarterly forecasting, and collaborating with global stakeholders on financial results.
After retiring, Barbara dedicated her time to volunteering, including supporting a cancer treatment facility in Florida and driving for the American Cancer Society. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her granddaughter. Barbara is married to Jim Segal, who also serves as a Volunteer Driver for Wilson Rides.
